Herbs De Provence Chicken
4 Chicken Breasts
1 TB Herbs de Provence (French and Italian herbs mixed with our own Munstead dried lavender buds)
3 TB Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Cup White Wine
3 Cloves Garlic Crushed
Combine marinate ingredients together
in a large plastic zip lock bag. Add chicken
and marinate overnight. Grill or bake
uncovered at 375 degrees until meat
thermometer reads 170 degrees.
