Ordering
Ordering may be conducted online, over the telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail. Credit card orders will be accepted on our secure on-line shopping cart or by telephone. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Lavender Green." If you are using a check or money order, we must receive payment prior to shipping your order. For security reasons, credit card payments require your daytime telephone number so that we may confirm account information. Your credit card will be posted by GlidePath, our sister Company.

Product Design Time
Our hand-crafted and sewn products are made to order for freshness. We create all of the products at the farmsite, working with local designers and sewers. Our fabrics are purchased from France and we pay special attention to the quality of every detail. Products are typically made the week of your order and shipped Priority Mail, but we suggest to allow two weeks for us to do this for you.

Shipping
We ship via U. S. Priority Mail for a flat fee of $8.00 unless your order requires special rush handling or is weighty. Priority Mail service typically arrives in three days within the continental United States. In this event, we will advise you of extra shipping charges before we post your account. We also ship internationally and will eMail details for each customer.
