We offer "Munstead" and "Hidcote" dried lavender leaves which are organic and offer a lighter "earthy" scent of lavender. Because they are "True Lavender" they may also be used in cooking and grilling. Try adding a pinch to your loose Black or Green tea and brew for a soothing change of pace. The leaves provide a fabulous base for potpourri too! Chopping the leaves in a blender produces a burst of fragrance.

Stock your pantry with lavender herbs for use in drinks, confections, stews, roasts, sauces and dressings.  This trio contains three, 1 ounce bottles of hand-mixed and double sifted culinary lavender flower buds; Munstead (most floral) and Hidcote (deep blue) and our  Herbs de Provence which combines sweet French herbs and flowery lavender with Italian herbs demonstrating the historical influence of the Romans.
